• Ensure that we comply with the requirements of legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Photo and your contact details.
• Process the photo and your contact details in accordance with the privacy notice on our website.

These terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts.
